INFORMATION FOR OUR PATIENTS ABOUT COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
We understand you may have questions about COVID-19 vaccine availability and getting vaccinated. At this time, we do not have the ability to administer the vaccine. Please follow up with your primary healthcare provider regarding CDC recommendations for vaccination and availability.
We continue to evaluate and update our efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus and other illness.
- To protect our patients receiving treatment in our infusion suites and the staff that provide their care, we are not able to allow any visitors in our infusion rooms at this time. If you have a visit with one of our providers, you may bring 1 guest with you to your provider visit. Patients who require a caregiver to assist them with mobility, translation or other essential needs may be accompanied by 1 guest during their time in the clinic.
- If you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms such as a fever above 100.4°F, cough or runny nose or if you feel short of breath, please call your primary care physician and call our office before you arrive for your scheduled appointment.
- We are requesting that you wear a protective face mask when entering our clinic. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you. Upon arrival, we will take your temperature as well as the temperature of any guest and ask you a series of questions in an effort to help identify anyone who may have been exposed to COVID-19 or who has signs and symptoms of respiratory illness.
We appreciate your cooperation, understanding and patience.
