- To protect our patients receiving treatment in our infusion suites and the staff that provide their care, we are not able to allow any visitors in our infusion rooms at this time. If you have a visit with one of our providers, you may bring 1 guest with you to your provider visit. Patients who require a caregiver to assist them with mobility, translation or other essential needs may be accompanied by 1 guest during their time in the clinic.
- If you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms such as a fever above 100.4°F, cough or runny nose or if you feel short of breath, please call your primary care physician and call our office before you arrive for your scheduled appointment.
- While the state has lifted mask requirements in some settings, a mask is still required to be worn in healthcare settings even if you have been fully vaccinated. We will continue to monitor CDC guidelines and adjust as needed. Upon arrival, we will take your temperature as well as the temperature of any guest and ask you a series of questions in an effort to help identify anyone who may have been exposed to COVID-19 or who has signs and symptoms of respiratory illness.
We appreciate your cooperation, understanding and patience.
